About us
The Enterprise Aedes Nova Srl was created thanks to the initiative of Surveyor Mario Pulicati – with his 20 years’ experience in the building sector - and of his father Nando, who already ran his own business between the Sixties and Seventies. The latter business was founded on the basis of a previous family activity, the Building enterprise Geom. Elvino Lustrissimi & Spartaco Pulicati created in the Fifties in Velletri (near Rome).
Our experience in civil building comprises the complete construction, including reinforced concrete works, of numerous private villas. Moreover, in the field of the restructuring, we have conducted ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works such as:
